I worked with an interdisciplinary team to create Phenology, a holistic menopause approach that combines science-backed supplements, digital tools, and expert support to empower women through every stage of their journey.
My role evolved as we moved from concept through launch. I started on a small cross-disciplinary team who defined the core of what Phenology would become. We wove together business models, competitive landscaping, and in-depth user interviews to forge a compelling offering. We defined the blueprint for an experience that seamlessly bridges physical goods and digital experiences. After launch I focused on digital product design, evolving the app architecture and key experiences to support the app’s new focus on a 90-day menopause program.
